Essie Nailpolish in A Crewed Interest

I was browsing at Target and came across this pretty peach in Essie's Spring 2012 collection. This is A Crewed Interest.

Essie describes A Crewed Interest as a luminous peach shade. I like that it's neither too light nor too sheer. I would recommend three coats if you really want complete opacity but the effect is still nice with just two coats.

A light peach is a good alternative to the bright corals that have come out this season. Honestly, there have been so many that they are all starting to look the same to me! Personally, I prefer brights on my toes and like to keep my hands in more neutral ground. A Crewed Interest works well towards that effect. I can have the red orange Sephora + Pantone Universe Tangerine Tango on toes and keep it discreet with A Crewed Interest on hands.

I've painted on a number of peachy, beige pink shades and corals on the color wheel for your reference and so you can see the colors in various lighting. The first wheel was taken indoors, the second outdoors in the sun and the third is an indoor shot with the coral shades. A Crewed Interest is always the second full nail from the left. The flanking lilac/violet shades are not named.
